What is Departmental tagging and how do I get access?
Response: Departmental tagging is a process that allows
property coordinators to tag their own equipment and enter them via
the Web into the system.
To request Departmental tagging
for your department, simply fill out the Asset
Management Web Application Authorization Form and fax to CAAD
at 404-894-4608 and apply for training via the training web

inventory is taken by each department on an annual basis.

vehicle arrives on campus contact the Georgia Tech Motor Pool
at 404-894-4109 to register the vehicle for campus use.
To request a tag, send the
"statement of origin" and title application to:
CAAD, 711 Marietta Street,
Atlanta, GA 30332 Mail Code 0303.
A regular tag cost $1.00.
